Vitamin Warnings
While supplements are labeled “all natural”, “organic” and other labels, you will never see them say SAFE. The reason? Some supplements are not, especially for people with certain conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease. Simple fix though, ask your doctor before adding any supplements. Then you know they are safe for you and you can take advantage of the benefits that so many supplements can offer.
