Seriously!! There are awesome vegetarian meal options and you should try them at least once or twice a week. It allows you to eat larger portions because the calorie density is smaller. For example, you can get 500 calories from the SMALLEST burger option at McDonalds or you can eat a HUGE salad or have vegetarian lasagna for less than 300. Which will be more satisfying??
