Recipe of the Week – Vicki’s Chicken Salad
This recipe came from one of my clients, Vicki, and it is DELICIOUS and only 230 calories. Uses those wonderful strawberries that are just coming into season and has a short cut for using a store bought chicken — so no excuses!!!
