Ok — This is an AWESOME recipe for fish. It has less than 200 calories and a ton of protein. You can have a HUGE salad with it and still have a great healthy low calorie lunch or dinner.

If you don’t like fish or don’t know how to cook it, this is a great place to start. All of these fishes are firm and tasty. And the way it is prepared makes it tender and full of flavor

And it is EASY!!

Ok – To be honest, I did not even know what succotash was until I tried this recipe. It is awesome because it is all about the crock pot — who ever invented the crock pot was a total GENIUS!!

Lots of smoothie recipes this month because it is a great way to get a quick good for your breakfast — so get out of the fast food lane and into taking good care of yourself!!

MANGO TROPICAL SMOOTHIE

This uses mango and papaya — if you can’t find any fresh or are just too lazy, there is great frozen mango in the freezer section at Publix (or your favorite grocery store if you are outside of the Douglasville area) So no excuses to get eating better — this is super quick!
